Join us for Your Way to Wellness: 7 Dimensions to Attain Well-Being
Presented by MWO’s Women’s Health Task Force and hosted by Jana El Rifaii, Health & Wellness Coach
This workshop intends to empower participants with knowledge of what affects their well-being while providing them with the tools to make the change toward their health and wellness.
The participants will be able to:
• Identify the different dimensions that affect wellbeing
• Identify areas in their life that need attention for more health and wellness
• Explore tools to make a change towards their well-life vision
• Understand the concept and value of mindfulness in behavior change
• Identify barriers to their goals and vision and how to work around them
