One of the most beloved IYP events of the year - the annual MLK Day practice, is almost here! If you haven't had a chance to attend in the past 2 years, we highly recommend that you join in.

“Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'“ King once said to an audience in Montgomery, Alabama in 1957. Interfaith yoga attendees will reflect on this sentiment, meditate on what it means to be of service and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 

Open to ALL! All levels, ages, ability, faiths and backgrounds!
The practice will be held January 20th at 3pm, St Andrew Church 801 North Hastings Street

They will be collecting canned goods for St. Andrews Food Pantry.
