Learn how to defend yourself, especially in today's politically charged environment with Islamophobia on the rise.

The Muslim Women's Organization, CAIR Florida and Muslim Student Association at UCF are excited to host a Self Defense Workshop for Women.  This self defense class will consist of a Know Your Rights Training by Rasha Mubarak, CAIR-FL's Orlando Regional Coordinator and a Safety Training facilitated by Nezar Hamze, CAIR-FL's Regional Operations Director.

While there is a focus on Muslim women, this workshop is open to all women who feel they can benefit from attending.

We will be raffling TWO Muslim Girl Coming of Age by Amani Al-Khatahtbeh at the event!
