Sacred Space is a space for Muslim women to bring their sacred emotions. We understand that emotions affect the body as well as the mind. Persistent or unresolved feelings can cause physical symptoms, or the feeling that these emotions are trapped within us. Through prayer and body-based therapies, we will create a sacred space together to release our emotions to Allah, who knows our hearts best.

This is a partnership with our partner organization, Healing Our Homeland.

At the Musalla this event will focus on prayer.
