Spiritual counseling is not a substitute for psychological and medical help but plays a complementary role to both professions. Physicians care for the body, psychologists care for mental health and Chaplains answer questions pertaining to one’s faith and care for the individual’s spiritual wellness, and her relationship with God. All correspondence and visits remain strictly confidential.
